Orders
Can I pass by your shop without ordering online?
Right now, all our energy is going into online orders
In-store pick-up from our display is temporarily unavailable
Can I change my order once I've placed it?
Yes, as long as you give us sufficient notice! Please contact us through phone and mention your order number :)
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! We're happy to give you a full refund as long as we have not started preparing the order :)
Can I place a custom order?
Customization of flavors is currently not available. Some limited customization may be possible upon request. Reach out to us for further details.
Do you accept corporate orders?

Products
Cookies
- How do I store my cookies?
We suggest storing cookies at room temperature for up to 5 days in an airtight container. Do not store in the fridge as the cookies will harden.
- Can I reheat my cookies?
Yes! Heat them in the oven at 160ยฐC for 2 minutes You can also heat the cookies in the microwave for 15-20 seconds and enjoy them warm.
Brownies
- How do I store my brownies?
Plain brownies are recommended to be stored in the fridge, although they can be kept at room temperature as long as it's a cool shaded place.
Flavoured and cheesecake brownies must be stored in the fridge. They can last for up to 6 days.
Brownies also make a great frozen treat! Store them in the freezer and have them any time you like. ย
- How big are the brownies?
Individual pieces are approximately 5.5cmx5.5cm.
Custom message brownies and loaded brownies are approximately 16.5cmx16.5cm and you can cut them any way you like.
Cupcakes
- How do I store my cupcakes?
Cupcakes need to be stored in the fridge. You can leave them for up to 30 minutes at room temperature before serving if you like.
- Is there a minimum order for cupcakes?
Yes, for each flavour you can place a minimum order of 6 cupcakes.
Pickup Orders
How many days in advance can I place pickup orders?
Since there is a lot of love and care put into our products we will need at least 2-3 days for preparation, depending on the product. This way, everything is fresh!
Where is your shop located?
You can pick up your orders from our shop at Kallipoleos 44C, Nicosia 1071
The date I am trying to book is not showing, what do I do?
Unfortunately, this means the specific date is full and not available for any more orders or it falls within 2 business days.
Delivery Orders
What products can I order for delivery?
At this time we are offering delivery for cookies only and we are doing our best to get more products closer to you!
Where will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to your nearest Akis Express. Home delivery is not available at this time.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days after the order has been placed. Weekends are not included in business days.
What if I want my order in the weekend?
Please make sure to place your order before Wednesday to ensure delivery before the weekend.
